The Walk on Walking

In the most beautiful landscape of Central Australia we are going to do something extraordinary. A seven day journey through the mountains and gorges of the Macdonnell Ranges combined with an in-depth exploration of the way you move. The journey through country will be led by one of Australia's most experienced and deeply connected guides, Raymond Hawkins of Into the Blue Creative walks. I will be guiding the journey through our body. There will be ample time to practice and explore. This will be a fantastic experience.
This walk on walking will be an opportunity to set down your load and in the midst of some of the most inspiring country on earth find peace within your body.

Walking
A series of Four one to one Feldenkrais lessons that will show you how to achieve a graceful, balanced walk and find relief from stress and posture related pain
Sitting
A series of Four one-to-one Alexander & Feldenkrais classes that will show you how to and stand without strain

Casual drop in classes during school term.
$20 per class or $175 for a ten week term
Term 1 begins Saturday the 30th of January and ends Saturday the 29th of March.
Term 2 begins Saturday the 24th of April and ends Saturday the 26th of June
Term 3 begins Saturday the 24th of July and ends Saturday the 18th of September
Term 4 begins Saturday the 16th of October and ends Saturday the 18th of December
